1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any Ankashram program or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Program Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Ankashram reserves the right to cancel a batch if minimum enrollment thresholds are not met — in which case a full refund will be issued.
3. Intellectual Property
All program materials, recordings, slides, and resources are the intellectual property of Ankashram. You may use them for personal learning only. Redistribution or resale for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
4. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain respectful, professional conduct in all sessions and community spaces. Ankashram reserves the right to remove participants for disruptive or abusive behavior without refund.
5. Recording & Privacy
Sessions may be recorded for participant review. Your enrollment constitutes consent to appear in session recordings unless you notify us in writing before the batch begins.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
